About Josephine Abuhl
I am a professional violinist/violist located in Omaha Nebraska. I play for weddings, receptions, parties, and other special occasions. I can play solo violin/viola, string duet (violin/viola paired with a string instrument of your choice), or small string ensemble (often 3 or more string players).
I am a classically trained musician, and I have a wide range of repertoire, including classical, pop, and fiddle music. I would love to partner with you to find the perfect music for your special occasion. I will work with you to curate music selections to make your event memorable!
Ensembles
I offer a few different ensemble sizes for any occasion: solo violin/viola, string duet, or small string ensemble (a combination of violin, viola, cello, and bass)
Solo Violin/Viola

String Duet
A string duet is a nice touch for wedding ceremonies and galas. A duet adds character and beauty to an event by complimenting the mood and enhancing everyone’s experience through the unifying of two musical voices.
String Ensemble
A small ensemble, often 3-5 musicians, is perfect for receptions or office parties as it engages more people in the making of beautiful music. A small ensemble can provide both lively entertainment and engaging melodies to your special occasion.
